Tai Chi 42 movement
Tai Chi 42 movement is an extension of Tai Chi 24 and is more suitable for the Practitioner that has progressed to intermediate to advanced level.
Tai Chi is classified as "moving meditation".
"In movement there is stillness".
By the time a Practitioner is ready to practice Tai Chi 42 movement, their coordination, balance and flexibility has reached a level where they can deal with the increased level of difficulty.
Also, by that time the Practitioner will be able to control and coordinate breathing to create a meditative state while practicing the moves.
Practice is always concluded with various forms of breathing practice and meditation.
