Wing Chun Greensborough Martial Arts Form
Means finding a bridge to the opponent or bridging the gap and then seeking the bridge. In other words making contact with some part of the opponents body.
To enable us to avoid direct confrontation with the opponent’s force, the front, side and backward steps are revealed. This form also carries on the essence of the Sil Lum Tao form, but expands the practice of training mobility, coordination for independent movement of the arms and legs as well as introducing us to 3 different front kicks.
This form also introduces the side stance, side step, as well as the side kick, as well as pressure point attacking (dim mak).
