Second Form in the Jee Shin Wing Chun System
This form carries on the essentials of The Sil Lum Tao form.
We are introduced to movement and dynamics, the front step and back step. From this form we utilize the independent movement of our limbs developed in the Sil Lum Tao form.
In this form we are also introduced to the large Huen Sao and various forms of advanced breathing for chi development.
